Rural Linkage Network (RULIN) joined members of Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS), Key stakeholders in the Delta State Educational Sector led by the Director Ministry Of Education, Asaba, Dr. Micheal Emeshili and community leaders in Abavo community in Block Grant Presentation at Okpe Mixed Secondary School, Abavo, Ika South local government area.The block grant was implemented by Rural Linkage Network and facilitated by ECEWS with full funding from Center for Disease Control and Prevention. During the presentation, 20 chairs were presented to the management and students of Okpe Mixed School, Abavo that will accommodate 60 students.
