Case Managers Review/Target Meetings
At RULIN, case managers and program officers convene monthly to conduct comprehensive case review and target-setting meetings, designed to optimize the quality of care and service provision for vulnerable populations across Ika South communities. These sessions focus on assessing the existing target plans, analyzing outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. Through in-depth discussions, team members collaboratively evaluate the four fundamental domains of OVC case management, ensuring that each area of support is reviewed with careful attention.
These monthly meetings create an organized blueprint for tracking progress, addressing service gaps, and refining strategies based on community needs and challenges encountered in the field. Each program officer contributes insights from their specific area of responsibility, allowing the team to share experiences, align goals, and develop actionable plans to improve service outcomes. This ongoing process is essential for RULIN’s mission to deliver responsive, high-impact support to vulnerable populations.
