RULIN CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF IMPACT
The Program Manager & Staff members, Orphaned and Vulnerable Children, along with other figures, joined the Executive Director of RULIN to celebrate 20 years of empowering vulnerable communities toward resilience.
OUR ORIGIN
Rural Linkage Network (RULIN) began its journey in 2001 as a voluntary, non-formal support group established by Patrick and Rosemary Okoh. The couple, from our Saviour’s Chapel at Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria, were deeply moved when they visited a village orphanage home and saw the dire conditions in which the children lived.
